Kickboxing for all ages, all abilities — from our youngest Little Demons to elite adult fighters. Everyone has a place here. Founded in 2004 by Denise Elliott — 5th Dan Black Belt — Demons Kickboxing has spent over two decades building fighters, improving fitness, and changing lives across Aylesford and the wider Maidstone area.
Our home is The Demons Den at Unit 4, Home Farm Industrial Estate, Hall Road, Aylesford ME20 7QZ — a dedicated martial arts gym, fully matted with a 16ft boxing ring and equipped for kickboxing, boxing and Muay Thai. Easily reached from Maidstone, Snodland and West Malling, with on-site parking available.
Diddy Demons and Little Demons for ages 3–7, Junior and Senior Cadets for ages 8–15, Family Kickboxing for all ages, a friendly ladies-only HIIT kickboxing class every Monday, Adult Kickboxing K1, fitness kickboxing, Fight Club for advanced fighters, open mats and 1:1 sessions. Start your journey with a 3-class trial for just £21.
Classes run six days a week: Monday 18:30–21:00, Tuesday 16:15–19:30, Wednesday 18:15–21:00, Thursday 16:45–20:30, Friday 09:30–11:15 and 16:00–21:00, Saturday 09:30–16:00. All classes are pre-booked via ClubRight.
